As 2023 ends, our deepest gratitude goes out to YOU!
As 2023 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to extend our deepest gratitude to YOU, our dedicated supporter. Your support over the past year, whether attending our Mari Gras Event, walking or running with us at our Night of Hope, donating, or spreading the word about our organization, has been pivotal to continuing our work.
Reflecting on 2023, we were busy at work revamping our website which we couldn’t have done without the efforts of Meyer Media. We also celebrated Hope Squad’s third year in our high schools and our continued efforts supporting this life saving programing.
Where Everyone Belongs (WEB) middle school programing recorded another successful year bridging the transition to middle school, including at the new Minerva Park Middle School. Parent Prep saw recorded attendance, and we were honored to be able to once again award scholarships to graduating seniors at each high school. Twinkle, the Canine Companion, at Westerville South celebrated her 2nd school year with the district and we were proud to help with her yearly care. And this summer, we hosted our 2nd annual Night of Hope that included a vendor village with NAMI, Concord Counseling, and the Westerville Public Library.
Looking ahead to 2024, we are excited to extend our reach with an additional day of Parent Prep (February 10th @ Minerva Park Middle School & March 9th @ Central High School), expanding Hope Squad to all five middle schools, continuing vital middle school programing like WEB, and hosting our 3rd annual Night of Hope on Saturday, August 24th.
We want to extend our warmest and kindest wishes to you and your loved ones this holiday season. Your support allows us to continue our initiatives, and we look forward to making an even greater impact in 2024.
Kindest Regards,
Westerville Education Challenge
