Sponsorship opportunities for 2024 Night of Hope
Westerville Education Challenge is looking for sponsors for its 2024 Night of Hope 5K, 1-miler, and Family Fun Run.
Please consider this great way to advertise your business and support the school community that supports you!
The third annual Night of Hope is set to take place from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, beginning and ending at Westerville North’s Jim McCann Stadium.
The run/walk uses Westerville North’s beautiful cross-country course, meandering through woods and wetlands on its path away from and back to McCann Stadium.
The evening timing is perfect for busy schedules, and a welcome break for those who enjoy 5Ks but not their usual early morning start times. And a 1-miler option is offered for those who don’t want to run or walk the full 5K.
Become a Night of Hope Sponsor for just $500.
Sponsors receive:
- Logo recognition on the 2024 Night of Hope volunteer and race T-shirts
- Recognition with logo and hotlink on the new WEC website, org
- Inclusion in WEC social media posts about the event on Facebook and Instagram
- Opportunity to place promotional items in the Night of Hope 5K, 1-miler and Family Fun Run registration packet bags
- Option to place signage at the event
- “Thank you” recognition by the public address announcers on the evening of the event
Moreover, sponsors support the many worthy initiatives of Westerville Education Challenge. Funds raised from the Night of Hope support these WEC initiatives, including:
- Hope Squad suicide prevention program which is expanding to district middle schools starting in the fall of 2024;
- Our Senior Scholarships;
- Twinkle the therapy dog, a trained Canine Companion who provides emotional support for students;
- WEB – the Where Everyone Belongs program in district middle schools;
- Parent Prep – a program to help parents whose students may struggle with stress management, anxiety, appropriate use of technology, and changes in school environment;
- Link Crew – coming back in the fall of 2024 – a transition program for 8th graders moving up into 9th grade (WEB for high school).
We anticipate more than 200 participants in this year’s Night of Hope Walk/Run. Please consider a sponsorship to advertise your business and support this great event! If you are interested, just fill out the sponsorship form below. Thank you!
